Days of Thunder - (Film) 
As part of the sky movies "Here's an old film Friday in high definition but actually it's an upscaled movie that we played years ago as clear but have slowly been degrading picture quality over time so we can charge you an extra tenner a month for HD season", I was most suprised to discover I'd never seen 'Days of Thunder', so I thought i'd have a watch.
Everything seemed to start okay. Various bumpkins stood around a Nascar oval chewing 'tobaccy', sporting mullets, wearing stetsons and strange white hats and burning crosses from the safe distance of a confedarate flag. There was even a colabaration between Robert Duval and Randy Quaid as they designed the perfect car to the sound of Power Trumpet. However five minutes into the film a somehow structually different Tom Cruise appeared on his moped with a mysterious bag. What was in it ? I thought to myself; a helmet, driving gloves. In fact he produced a pair of wooden chocks much the same as Short Round used in the second Indiana Jones film, strapped them to his feet, got in the car and drove round and round in a circle. This seemed to set the trend for the rest of the film. Unfortunatley I was told to leave Tandy immeadiately and missed the rest. The film is still on at the minute on sky movies 313. Could someone please let me know how it finished.
